What is Wild Goose Games?
Wild Goose Games makes outdoor puzzle games set in real city locations. Each game sends you to iconic landmarks, challenges you with clever puzzles, and wraps it all in a story worth chasing.
How long does it take?
Most groups finish in 2 to 3 hours if they play straight through. Go at your own pace, take breaks, and explore along the way. There's no clock.
How many people can play?
One kit works for any group size. For bigger groups, one kit per 6 people keeps everyone engaged in the game.
Is it good for kids?
The puzzles are built for adults and older teens. Younger kids are welcome on the walk but the challenges are best for ages 14 and up.
Do I need an app or phone?
No app. No login. Everything you need is in the kit, including a map. A phone can help with navigation between stops but you won't need it to solve anything.
How do I get it?
Ship it to your home before you travel, to your hotel, or to any US address. Standard and one-day shipping available at checkout. Or pick up same day at a local business near your starting point.
Can I pick it up instead of shipping?
Yes. At checkout, select pickup and you'll get an email with instructions for pickup from a local business near the game starting point.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Wild Goose Games makes a great gift. Ship it straight to them. No expiration date so they can play whenever they're ready.
What if it rains?
The route is outdoors. A light drizzle won't stop you but we'd wait out a downpour. No time limit means you can always come back another day.
What if we get stuck?
Your kit comes with a Help Booklet which includes hints if you want a nudge and full answers if you want to move on.
Can we play it again?
The puzzles are a one-time solve but the route is worth walking again. The puzzle booklet is also a great read after the fact.
